This PR adds to configure the debounce delay for GPIOs through the admin panel.

For Photobooth deboucing is done in Software, which has it's challenges in certain scenario's. To give more flexibility to adjust to the actual hardware, this option can be used, to increase or decrease the debouncing delay.
