Error when opening angularjs.org in InternetExplorer 9

When I access the angularjs.org via Internet Explorer 9 (only to Test), the page are refreshing all the time

I have no clue, #1061 is not marked as a bug yet, I don't know what the next step/action will be, my best guess is that the $router or $location change that causes this will be fixed by someone that knows what he is doing.

I noticed in the angular api pages in IE it uses hashbang locations /#!/api, in Chrome it just uses full URL

@voortwis that's because IE doesn't support pushState api, so we fall back to the hashbang mode.
