Checked for duplicates?
Does it also happen in the desktop version?
What are the steps to reproduce this bug?
I'm not sure whether it's caused from high the number of tags or it's because the tags are deeply nested but here is a recording of what's happening: https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/2bfac9d6-e085-4dd5-af0f-f130009d785f
I have a card already tagged, then I open the tags dialog, select another tag from the list, and one of the tags from the bottom is crossed out.
Expected behaviour
It shouldn't be affecting a non related tag at all.

The dialog is still functional actually (for me at least).
