[IDEA/Pro1] Making the keyboard layout a bit more suitable for N900 users?

The Nokia N900 has keybinds like Ctrl-Backspace to go back to the launcher/opened app list, would it be possible to implement the same thing with FinQwerty on the Fxtec Pro1?

And since GitHub is a broken as fuck mess: how about adding a option to unlock the Pro1 by pressing any key instead of just Sym?

FinQwerty layouts have Fn+Esc = launcher, is that enough or do you specifically want ctrl+backspace?

Opened app list is not assigned anywhere, do you have a suggestion?

Unfortunately that is not possible to implement via layout files, or at least I'm not aware of any way.

I would really prefer Ctrl-Backspace because it feels more ergonomic.

With Ctrl-Backspace I ment exactly that, if you have a app open on the N900 and press Ctrl-Backspace you go to the part where you can select that one open app.

Unfortunately ctrl+backspace on Android is usually "remove last word", so I won't assign anything to that combination in the regular FinQwerty layouts in order to keep that functionality.

But I can add a variant layout for the specific layout you wish to use that has such a customization. If you want to have one, let me know of the FinQwerty layout into which you want the variant added to.

Can't it be the big "F" (meta?) and backspace? I think now we have one of those that was not available in the N900, we could use that key instead.

I don't think any are too close, look here for layout charts.

Or maybe just Fn+backspace? (Fn = yellow-arrow)

We don't currently have any combinations on the F key - it currently works as plain HOME key on both stock and FinQwerty.

@Wasmachineman-NL Do you think Fn+backspace would be enough for you, or do you still want a custom variant with ctrl+backspace = switcher?
