  • Update docs to indicate SendGrid is no longer regularly tested, so is officially unsupported
  • Disable SendGrid live integration tests (which have been failing due to disabled testing account)
  • Add warning messages in SendGrid EmailBackend, inbound and tracking webhooks, and Django system checks when Anymail SendGrid features are used
  • Add "Anymail support status" line to ESP feature matrix in the docs

Closes #432
