I updated my test branch: #3629

This resulted in one upstream issue already: apache/datafusion#20995

I am still characterizing other failures.

I will try updating #3629. I think we need an OpenDAL release to pick up apache/opendal#7243 but maybe I can pin to main temporarily, at least for testing. iceberg-rust has already been updated apache/iceberg-rust#2206.
