[MRELEASE-1158] Add property to include version in development commit comment

Currently, only the following variables are interpolated to customize the commit comment for the next development version:

• @{prefix}
• @{groupId}
• @{artifactId}
• @{releaseLabel}

I would like to have a commit comment with the version. For example, {}Next development version 2.0.0-SNAPSHOT{}.

It would be great to have a new property (e.g. {}@{version{}}) to include the current project version.

This new property should be available for the rollback comment too. This would allow writing a comment of the form {}Revert "Next development version @{version}"{}.
