Related to #1057, this PR creates the folder the CLI is being downloaded to if it doesn't already exist. I've also thrown a note into the documentation indicating that the folder the CLI is downloaded to should be in
.gitignore, and that after0.24.0is out it will be auto-created with a workaround for prior versions.
