Intended outcome:

Apollo GraphQL extension is showing error in all other projects, which are not having apollo.config.js file

Actual outcome:

if any project which is not using graphql, this extension should not show any error there.

How to reproduce the issue:

• just open any project which is not having apollo.config.js file.
