Since we didn't clarify the version policy, I added a section for it.

Checklist:

I have bumped the chart version according to versioning
I have updated the documentation according to documentation
I have updated the chart changelog with all the changes that come with this pull request according to changelog.
Any new values are backwards compatible and/or have sensible default.
I have signed off all my commits as required by DCO.
I have created a separate pull request for each chart according to pull requests
My build is green (troubleshooting builds).

+If you are unable to upgrade to the latest version due to specific constraints, you can manually override the image tag to use a specific version.


I think it's important to direct users to the last helm chart that's compatible with their version before changing the image tag.

Changing the image tag to v1.0.0 if they are using the helm chart for v 3.1.2 will result in Bad Things
