I've created a fork of fluid that i use for my own projects that i've added support for Unity Localization's LocalizedString and LocalizedAudioClip types in the core dialogue nodes.
I wasn't sure if adding that dependency to fluid would make sense or not, but I'm happy to make a PR with my implementation.
