Wrong prayer timings calculation for locations with negative longitude

If the longitude is negative, the prayer kit gives wrong calculations and returns wrong results
I tried looking up timings for Toronto, Canada with the coordinates
Lat: 43.711204236148966
Lng: -79.3701104214415

Changed bunches of things. Need more test before bump a new version.
