- Remove package-lock.json; add pnpm-lock.yaml and .nvmrc (Node 24) - Align package.json scripts with pnpm; add changesets devDependencies - Update Dockerfiles and release/upload CI workflows for pnpm - Refresh contributor docs (README, DEVELOPMENT, API readme, template) Note: org-wide workflows in asyncapi/.github may still use npm ci until updated.
