Fix incorrect indefinite article usage in README files, complementing #37417 which fixed source comments.

Fixed "a S3/SNS/SQS/API/AWS/Amazon/EC2/ECS/EBS" → "an S3/SNS/SQS/API/AWS/Amazon/EC2/ECS/EBS" across 19 README files.
