I suggest updating the PR title to [chore(deps): bump cfn-lint from 1.32.3 to 1.34.1 in /requirements] to accurately reflect the version bump from v1.32.3 to v1.34.1, rather than v1.34.0 as currently shown. This will reflect the actual dependency update being made.
