Dataset: Real Record — Open Civic Data

Adding a new dataset entry for the Real Record civic data corpus published by the Real Housing Reform Initiative.

What it is: Open government transparency infrastructure linking four layers of civic accountability data across Washington State local jurisdictions:

• Speaker-attributed meeting transcripts (2019–present)
• Fund-level fiscal joins (1999–present)
• Legislative joins (908 items tracked across 3 jurisdictions)
• Machine-assisted written briefings

Current coverage: City of Bellingham, WA; Whatcom County, WA (incl. Ferndale, Lynden); King County in active pipeline
