Support Neovim v0.12

Feature description

Now, the new neovim 0.12 is available now, but current v0.12 branch cannot use it, guess it's time for upgrade current config to support it.

seems like lots of plugin are not compatible with nvim 0.12, we might need to wait for a lot of upstream plugins.

our custom init_strategy in modules/configs/editor/rainbow_delims.lua is not working correctly with v0.12. we need to fix it. place this comment as a reminder.

It involves too many changes and is almost impossible... Just use nvchad if want nvchad style.

Maybe wilder.nvim is corrupted on v0.12.
This plugins hasn't been maintained for a long time
