In the howto the openvpn-easy-rsa package is missing

this was previously communicated as a requirement to run the script in the readme. I understand that was probably not ideal, since other packages were install on-demand.

This behavior is changed with the next release, and I appreciate your issue creation and the code committed.

This feature to auto-install this package is now in the dev branch ready for testing. Barring any issues with the commits - it should be ready for wider release next week.
