Add Windows binary to the releases

I'm having trouble compiling it for Windows so it would be great if it could be precompiled for Windows.

I'm not sure when I'll have time to play with CI again to try and get this working, but in the meantime what errors are you getting when you try to build locally? I may be able to help with that 🙂

I'm running below script, and it successfully installed on my windows machine, remember to add --locked, cargo install using latest dependence by default.

and i think we can revert #137 for now.

The problem @lt25106 encountered should because cargo using latest dependence, i think we should update dependencies in cargo.toml @WillLillis .

You need to add --locked option to install it, run cargo install asm-lsp --locked is OK.

Wait so how is the language server supposed to be used? When I run asm-lsp --help it returns
