With the project skill-to-mcp with the Python package named skill_to_mcp (with underscores, hitting enter on the setup assistant), the docs don't build by default and I had to change the name in the conf.py file. Also caused some other problem I forgot, but best to check whether any hyphen to underscore conversion or a reference to the wrong variable are behind this.
