No excel files made from tutorial

After installing tcup as described in the documentation, and downloading the example, tcup runs to completion, following directions on https://tcup.readthedocs.io/en/latest/tutorial.html but does not produce the excel or text files for composition. All other files are also empty except the genomes.blast8 file leading me to believe the tutorial did not run accurately.
tcup_tutorial_sample.fasta.genomes.blast8.sqlite3.zip

Are any steps missing in the tutorial?

Hi, thanks for letting me know that there might be an issue with the tutorial.

I will have to investigate and try running it myself, it was a couple of years ago that I wrote the tutorial. Things are currently a bit hectic for me at work, so I unfortunately can't promise a timeline, sorry!
