[CLOSED] Brackets Size not remembered when closing

When you close and start Brackets again, it always opens on the top left corner of the screen and with the initial dimensions. This happens in MacOSX 10.7.4

Steps

1. Open Brackets
2. Resize and move the Brackets window
3. Close Brackets
4. Open Brackets

Results
Brackets opens on the top left corner of the screen and with the initial width and height.

Expected
Brackets to be opened at the position it was closed and with the width and height it had before closing it.

I started a branch to fix that here: https://github.com/adobe/brackets-shell/tree/randy/restore-window-position

It's fixed for Windows, but I couldn't figure out how to do it on Mac, then I got busy with other tasks. Let me know if someone wants to try to get it working on Mac and I will bring this branch up-to-date. There's another minor problem where each Registry key get put in its own folder that also needs to be fixed.

@redmunds This was fixed in brackets-shell, right? Are the binaries for the shell available before the end of the sprint? (I couldn't find them, sorry...). I can't build from source in my current computer, so I won't be able to confirm for now.

Close it if it's tested. Otherwise, I'll get back at you as soon as I can verify it.
