[CLOSED] Truncation occurs when pull the search results panel to the external of the page

Steps:

1. Launch the brackets
2. Open a file and use the find in files
3. Input a character such as "a", press enter
4. Pull the search results panel to the external of the page

Result: The bottom bar disappear and the scroll bar truncate if move the scroll bar to the bottom of the page
Expect: The bottom bar do not disappear and there is no truncation occurs
