[CLOSED] Working set sort not persistent

I'm not sure if this used to work, but it seems like it ought to:

1. Open a few files
2. In the Working Set gear menu, choose "Sort by Name"
3. Open another file

Result: file is added at the end, instead of being sorted into the set.
