requestLEScan not working if started a second time

Describe the bug
If I trigger the requestLEScan a second time after the previous scan was stopped with stopLEScan, no devices are reported. After restarting the App, the scan does work again. This happens on Android an iOS.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start requestLEScan
2. Stop stopLEScan
3. Start requestLEScan again
4. See error

Expected behavior
After the second start, nearby devices should be listed

I'm not able to reproduce this behaviour with 7.3.1. I'm running on an Android 13 on a Samsung S20 FE.

Are you able to grab some adb logs and the console logs at the time when you are starting the second scan, so we can get a bit more information about what's going on here?

I think I found the issue.
The validateRequestBleDeviceOptions does modify the source options object instead of creating an own object. With this the options.manufacturereData is replaced and during the second call of the requestLEScan function the object provides invalid data. The toHexString(), function tries to parse already stringified data from the previous call.

The exception: Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: First argument to DataView constructor must be an ArrayBuffer

Workaround:
Cloning the options object
BleClient.requestLEScan(bleScanOptions, async result => { -> BleClient.requestLEScan(structuredClone(bleScanOptions), async result => {

I'll raise fixes against the 7.x and 8.x versions.
