Description
The big idea is to add docker and CloudNativePG kubernetes (k8s) support. The changes add resources to create a scratch container k8s ImageVolume so the extension can be automagically provided and install to other k8s postgres installation if you're not using CloudNativePG.
No changes have been made to the underlining code.
