Fix placeholder page title

The installation instructions page displays "Installation instructions - Workshop Title" as the title (e.g. in address bar). I don't know if it's supposed to populate the title based on the link origin or if it's just a leftover artifact. The easiest thing would be to removed the " - Workshop Title" section but I can't see how to do that the way the template is set up. Screenshot below

Hi @ndporter - this is down to the _config.yml having a title set by default, i.e.: title: "Workshop Title"

Leaving this option empty should remove the additional title I think!
