Add conda release

Currently, misas can only be installed through pip. Installation through conda is an important alternative.

After struggling to build a conda package with nbdev_conda (nbdev version 2) for quite some time, it finally worked. I was able to create a fresh environment with misas with this command:

conda create -n misas_env -c iimog misas
