SPAdes overlaps not removed in fcg script

When I use Bandage to finish the Chloroplast instead of the fcg script the Chloroplast it is about 200 bases shorter, the Bandage wiki says that SPAdes uses overlaps in its .fastg files (https://github.com/rrwick/Bandage/wiki/Assembler-differences) which Bandage automatically removes
