Protocol to generate simulated sequence reads for evaluation of chloroExtractor
This repository contains a docker container creating a simulated sequence read set for the evaluation of chloroExtractor
Just run the docker container. It will return a tar.gz archive containing the two FASTQ files for the simulated reads.
