Multi-ingredient foods should also be tagged with whatever info can be parsed out eg kale and spinach salad should be tagged as multi-ingredient but also as leafy greens (or whatever the right IFSAC term is)
*To resolve the pig/pork issue, e.g. as swine maps to "pig" as assignment but need to be treated when it transforms to "pork".
*To refactor and update the ifsac_buckets and ifsac_labels in predefined_resources by weeding out not needed ones and including the additional ones.
