Dashboard Notes!

I'm adding a new dashboard interface that auto-starts on boot.

1. IP address: only pull if the interface is up.
2. we need some sort of "release"/"build" information on the page.
3. see if we can keep track of number of client connections and who they are?

IP address "offline" messages is working as of c84bf77

However, let's update it again to change the "offline" text to red so it stands out more clearly as an error condition.
