Update tests to use different application name per test

The end-to-end tests are implemented in: https://github.com/cloud-ark/kubeplus/blob/master/tests/tests.py

We should audit and update these tests to use different application names per test. This will ensure that we don't get application namespace conflicts, and we don't have to wait for a test to complete before running subsequent tests.

A better approach will be to update the tests to create application instances with random names. That way, there won't be any issue with whether or not the previous application instance has been deleted.
