In the metrics plugin, provide ability to collect per Pod metrics

Currently we aggregate the metrics of all the Pods in an application namespace and report these aggregated metrics. In some situations, it is useful to look at Per Pod metrics. We should improve the metrics plugin to display per Pod metrics.
