- upgrade to aspire 13.1
- removed deprecated aspire dotnet tool and switched to official install script from aspire.dev
- use specific dotnet image
- this avoids some users being stuck on older 10.x.x or rc versions
- pull repos on start
- run fixup-wmks.sh for topo
- add health checks to ui apps
- refactor launch options
- moved AddAllApplications to LaunchOptions
- added pgadmin and mkdocs to launch options
- default all applications to false to minimize env files
- update extensions
- add versions lens
- remove prerelease for aspire
- persistent keycloak and pgAdmin
- update launch.json with aspire extension and ui debug options
- enable aspire and playwright mcp servers
