Events: Improve datatable #388

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As a user
I want to be able to find needed events quickly
so that I don't have to scroll for ages to find the desired one.
Describe the solution you'd like
Implement the following improvements for the event datatable:
- Allow filtering by date, name and state (this should be combinable via and or or operators)
- Add pagination to prevent an infinite page length
