Connection refused uploading with Bitbucket pipelines

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Use new uploader with Bitbucket pipelines.
2. Upload will randomly fail with connection refused to localhost when attempting to PUT the file to storage.

Expected behavior
File uploads with no errots
