Read Gfwlist from local file / custom URL

Now the script can only fetch gfwlist from github repo ( https://github.com/gfwlist/gfwlist ).
It is planned to add this feature in the comming v0.9.0 version.

They have tinylist in gfwlist/tinylist , the file is about 1/10 of the original list.
