x/tx on main doesn't correspond to what v0.50 and lower can use (wrong core version).
Creating a v0.13.x branch and tagging v0.13.4 after this.

Once approved, I'll cherry-pick that whole x/tx into the release v050 branch, and tag it from there. As core v1 isn't compatible with v0.50, the maximum x/tx version for 0.50 is 0.13.x, so might as well tag it there.
