[5.x]: CP: Undefined array key 3 when calling /admin/commerce/inventory-locations/

What happened?

Description

When I go to /admin/commerce/inventory-locations and click on the default location, I get an error:
Undefined array key 3 in /var/www/html/vendor/craftcms/cms/src/models/FieldLayoutFormTab.php

Steps to reproduce

1. go to /admin/commerce/inventory-locations and click on the default location

Having the same issue, updating from Craft/Commerce 4 to 5 and get this error when interacting with either default inventory or on commerce/inventory-locations/new

Thanks for reporting, I believe this is now fixed for the next release!

To get the fix early, change your craftcms/commerce requirement in composer.json to:

Then run composer update.

We will update this ticket once the release is out.

Thanks for getting on this so quick. I've updated to the early fix but am still seeing the same error…

Have checked the InventoryLocationsController.php and can see your fix is in there but doesn't seemed to have solved the issue on my install.

I'm DDEV PHP 8.2.28, Craft Pro 5.9.10.

It looks like it's related to this change which added the $isStatic item to the tuple: craftcms/cms@240e49a#diff-57435918163cf9414c90ea7efbe602b66b515eb5f0e8bacb715f9a20782600ceR109
