Flashing of the sketch and data succeeds, but WiFiManager doesn't show soft AP

What seems to be not working on my side?

yeah tried it by enabling the Arduno option "Erase All Flash Before Sketch Upload", flash the sketch and then upload the data (LittleFS)

Maybe try the python esptool.py tool with the erase_flash to make sure it is fully erased. (see https://www.espboards.dev/blog/standalone-esptool-basics/)
Other than that, maybe the author of the example code (@mariusmotea ) might be able to assist.
Unfortunately, I didn't write it & I'm not familiar with it. Sorry.

Alternatively. Uncomment the Serial.println()'s or add some more, and see what you get on the serial port. i.e. debug info.

Got the WiFiManager work, I must manually push the reset button on the module.

problem now is the ac doesn't respond on IRTecoAc ac(kIrLed), it will only respond on sending raw data using IRsend irsend(kIrLed)

I am pretty sure that the ac protocol is Teco as I received the dump, what seems to be the problem with IRTecoAc?

Sorry for causing confusion on your end, but to clarify things - if I'm not wrong there are 2 ways of sending IR codes:

1. with #include <IRsend.h>

seems like my module is suffering from power supplies issues because of the BOD. will try to add coupling capacitor on the supply side nearest the chip and/or add a really nice supply on the 5V pin. will get back and post here the result.

This doesn't make a huge amount of sense. If it is working with sendRaw() there shoudn't may a different power-draw with the brand-specific version. But, a decent powersupply is always a good move. Check your circuit design as well.

Tried everything from hardware power supply and software tinkering, and finally gave up on my C3. Tried my code with ESP8266 and it worked flawlessly, now adding timer setting on the web ui.
