AC Wind looks like Haier with different swing values

Thank you for your good work.
I bought a AC Wind at Leroy Merlin in Portugal.
It works like an IRHaierAC176 but with different swing options.
They are:
2 high
4 middle-high
6 middle
8 middle-low
10 low
12 swing.

I took the "safety"rules from IRHaierAC176::setSwingV and IRHaierAC::setSwingV and for me everything is working fine now.

Capture in the IRDump prgrams with your original remote as described in the FAQ will be needed to make this useful, not least to create tests.
