`iohub` should support reading `bioformats2raw` layout

The OME spec defines a (transitional) bioformats2raw layout which is used by pymmcore-plus to write certain type of datasets: https://github.com/pymmcore-plus/ome-writers/blob/bac0f391eeadc1083b70cbafb2e5efd3e7075df9/src/ome_writers/_backends/_yaozarrs.py#L191. iohub should support reading such datasets - no need to support writing, I think.
