Small improvement - Schedule Selection - Week Starts on Mondays

Right now, the weekly selection starts on Sunday. It would be better to start in Europe on Monday.

There is a weekstart option : https://v5.metroui.org.ua/components/calendar-picker/#advanced-configurations
So I propose that if lang="fr" or lang="de" to set weekstart to 1.
