Duration conditioning seems ineffective for durations < 10 seconds

Hi, thank you very much for open-sourcing TangoFlux and the training code.

I ran into an issue with the duration conditioning: when I set duration to values smaller than 10 seconds, the model does not seem to exhibit duration-controlled behavior.
