[FEATURE]: Import CA Certificate for SCEP_CA and ACME_CA

We are trying to import the certificates for SCEP_CA and ACME_CA, somehow everytime there certificate is getting imported as LDAP_CA.
How can we upload the CA certificate for SCEP_CA and ACME_CA?

We are using the certificate_type CA for that and seeing that this is the only one, is this perhaps missing at this module for the moment?
