How can I change the hotkey of 'Mark Range'

Hi,
I want to know if there is some configuration to change the hotkey of 'Mark Range', now the hotkey is 'Ctrl+Space', but in Chinese Windows OS, 'Ctrl+Space' is an OS-level hotkey for switching language input method.
