pdflock - Password protect PDF files

This code is based on 'https://github.com/hovren/pdflock'

Just Changed

1. PyPDF to PyPDF2
2. change python2 print style to python3
3. use easygui for file dialog

How to use

1. select original file using file dialog (gui)
2. type password

then, _enc file will be created in same path
