Show office hours in contact cards

Motivation

Currently we have opening hours for contacts in the backend. However they're still hidden by the beta permission. One reason for this is so that the service team and UI/UX can already have a look at it and one other reason is because we're still waiting on the design how opening hours are supposed to look on the contact cards.

Proposed Solution

• Implement design for contact cards once it's ready
• Add timezone info to office hours the same way we do it for opening hours

User Story

As a CMS user I want to be able to add opening hours to a contact, see a preview of this in the editor and then see it in the app.

Make sure that it looks good in the native/web app as well and notify the app team if changes are necessary there as well.

#3731 brought some patches to prevent limited access to the opening hours feature causing some bugs. Please revert the changes from #3731 if not necessary anymore after removing the beta permission.
