@osmers @MizukiTemma when you start working here, I'd like to join you at some point. Something I want to have resolved personally is what to do with the role of a Scrum Master. Because at the moment I feel like I'm missing the mandate to really take on responsibilites in this field. So maybe this is a good place to have a look together and defining it.

I came across the RACI method today and think that that could maybe be a good thing to try here - and @jarlhengstmengel we can inform you once we start with this.
